We are pleased to announce that the 7th International Conference of ACEDB, 2023 will be held in the month of September 15 & 16. We are inviting you all to submit abstracts for participation in the free paper (poster/ oral presentation) session.
Rules of submission of free paper:
Original research works, and case series/ case reports are eligible for submission. Original papers will be appreciated
The paper has not been published in any journals or presented in the same format at any local conferences (same audience)
One participant can present either in an oral or poster session only
Only the first author of the oral or poster will take the award as the winner, not the presenter
Presenting and the first author must be registered for the conference
Abstract submission guidelines are attached herewith.
The last date for abstract submission is 14 August 2023.
After the initial screening and judgment, the best six abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and the next 14 will be selected for poster presentation (a total of 20).
Benefits after acceptance of your abstract:
A participation certificate and prize money will be given to all the selected abstracts (to the presenter) after the presentation.
Abstracts will be published in a supplementary issue of JACEDB.
Attractive prizes will be rewarded to the best 3 papers (1st author) for both poster and oral presentations.
